Our catalog displays our own publicly offered eBay listings: titles, prices, first photos, availability and store categories. Purchases happen on eBay, under its privacy policy. This catalog does not collect buyer or order details.
Cloudflare hosts our catalog service and may process request and security logs. eBay supplies listing information and images. We add no advertising or analytics trackers. The owner connection uses a temporary security cookie to verify sign-in; it expires after 15 minutes.
We store our seller identifier and encrypted authorization credentials to update the catalog. We use this connection to read our listings. Credentials are not shared with website visitors. Website-only exclusions are saved on the owner’s computer.
A verified matching eBay account-deletion notification removes the imported catalog, stored seller identifiers and renewable credentials and stops further imports. The last successful catalog remains visible while inventory updates are attempted. eBay confirms current availability and prices.
We also retrieve public seller feedback from eBay: comment text, rating, date, revisions and public replies. Buyer usernames and transaction identifiers are not displayed or saved as text. A keyed identifier allows the service to remove feedback when eBay sends an account-deletion notice. Featured comments are selected positive feedback and are labeled accordingly. Feedback older than 24 hours is withheld until refreshed; complete refreshes replace prior snapshots to reflect edits and removals. Verified account-deletion notifications remove associated feedback.
